Useful questions
Time at your own pace
What if I do not recognise a rule?
Ask staff to explain it before committing money. You can wait until the explanation is clear or choose not to join.
How should I arrange the end of a visit?
Decide your finish time and transport beforehand, with enough money reserved for the journey home.
Can the available games change?
Yes. Check the current selection and any session arrangements with the venue you intend to visit.
Do I need to try every game?
You can choose a single game to read about, watch for a while or decide not to play. There is no set order to follow.
Does knowing the rules prevent losses?
No. Understanding a game helps you understand your decisions, but gambling still carries a risk of losing money.
Which amount matters on a slot machine?
Check the total cost of the spin, including the selected stake or credits. Read the game’s own instructions before pressing play.
